Pack your Bags, Summer is Gone

October 11th:

It's no surprise that summer is over. We have had low temperature for quite some time now, but also an extremely long fall, which is unusual.

We went out to the watershed the other day to get some more samples. It was cold, and almost sad to see the watershed in that brown dead color

Squeezing out the Last Warmth of the Summer

October 10th:

Back in September I went down to Montana to attend an awesome wedding, and also a chance for me to see W again. We met up in Missoula and he took me out for cocktails before heading out from the city.
